Know what you are sharing

Clear scope. Transparent sources.

The collection combines original explanations, practical worksheets, question prompts, and clearly identified sources. Worksheets leave personal targets, medicine directions, clinic contacts, and follow-up plans for the care team to complete.

English, Spanish and Hindi versions of the two original guides and all 10 worksheets are available. On October 13, 2026, the foundation confirmed completion of medical content and all three language reviews. Reviewer names and qualifications are not identified on this page. Any clinic-specific process sheet also needs local approval.

Help shape the next release

We welcome internal medicine, charity clinic, and hospital teams in the U.S. and India who can share feedback and help plan a small usability pilot. No existing clinic partnership, endorsement, or clinical testing is implied.
